RULES & REGULATIONS (Please sign the bottom of this document stating that you have read and understand.)
1. The Yard Sale takes place on Saturday, April 27th, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, in the Lexington High School Parking Lot nearest Hwy 22. In case of rain, the event will be moved into the little gym and lobby area.
2. The event will occur, rain or shine.
3. Vehicles are only allowed in the parking area during unloading (before 7 AM) and loading (after 1 PM) After unloading, all vehicles must be removed from the shopping area for the safety of all participants.
4. No overnight parking, security will not be provided for items brought before 5:00 AM.
5. Set-up begins at 5:00 AM and must be completed no later than 7:00 AM.
6. Spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
7. Clean up is to begin promptly at 2:00 PM and should be completed by 3:00 PM.
8. Kindly pick up around your space following the completion of the event. Do not leave behind any trash or merchandise after the sale.
9. The following items are not accepted at this sale: pornographic or nude material, drug paraphernalia, and anything viewed by the LHS Beta Boosters as unacceptable to a family audience.
10. You may use tents or umbrellas during the sale.
11. Please follow all of the guidelines as listed above. If you are unable to follow these guidelines, we will ask the participant to leave.
I have read and understand the Rules and Regulations set forth by Lexington High School Beta Booster Club Yard Sale on Saturday, April 27th, 2024. I understand that failure to adhere to these Rules and Regulations may result in exclusion from future events.
